Terms and Conditions: Bookings 1.
No booking will be valid unless a payment has been made and you have received
a confirmation email. 2. A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required 10
days from the date of the invoice. Full payment for the apartment is required
4 weeks before the start of your stay. Delay in either payment will constitute
cancellation of the booking by you. 3. A 100 Euro damage deposit is required
4 weeks before the start of your stay. This is required to cover any damage to
the property or contents or loss during the rental period. This will be returned
to you after your stay if no damage to the apartment is caused.
4. Kurtax (local tourist tax) is collected together with the rental
payment and paid for you by our local manager. The Kurtax is charge
at 2.21 Euro per adult per day.
5. Payments
in Sterling shall be calculated at the time of booking using the exchange rate
published on the BBC
website. Contract 6.
Once a booking has been made and payment is received, the booking is firm and
a booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail or post at request. 7.
You will be responsible for maintaining the property, furniture, finishing's and
equipment in the same state as at the commencement of your stay. 8. The owner
will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or injury incurred at the property,
or through use of any equipment or facilities, other than death or personal injury
arising as a consequence of the negligence of the owner. Insurance for this is
not included in the rental price. Insurance to cover any loss or damage or injury
of your party and valuables is not included in the rental price. 9. The owner
will not be liable to you for any defect or stoppage in the supply of public services,
or for any temporary defect in the property or any loss, damage or injury beyond
the control of the owner. 10. Under no circumstances will the owner's liability
exceed the amount paid by the tenant for the rental period. Cancellation 11.
Holiday cancellation insurance is not included in the rental. 12. Any cancellation
of booking must be made in writing (by post or e-mail). The date the cancellation
is received being the cancellation date. 13. The 10% payment at the time of
booking is non refundable. 14. Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before
arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the cost of your stay. 15. Money
will not be refunded where bookings are cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date. Arrival
and Departure 16. The apartment will be
ready for you to arrive at 3pm on the first day of your stay. 17. Guests shall
vacate the apartment by 10am on the last day of your stay. You shall take all
your belongings with you and post the key in the letter box on the outside of
the apartment. Bed Linen and Final Cleaning 18.
Two single duvets and two pillows are provided for each double bed in each bedroom
and the sofa bed in the lounge. We can supply a cot for babies at request before
your arrival. All bed linen will be provided for your stay. 19. Towels are
provided for use in the apartment only. If you wish to use the local wellness
activities, please bring your own towels. 20. Final cleaning of the apartment
is included in the cost of the apartment. Miscellaneous 21.
Every effort is made to ensure your stay is enjoyable. If you have cause for complaint
you must bring it to the attention of our local manager immediately so that a
remedy may be sought. The contact details for our local manager will be given
to you before you arrive and are also in the apartment. 22. Strictly no smoking
inside the property. Anyone found smoking inside the apartment will be made to
leave immediately without any refund. 23. You will use the path from the apartment
to Reitlpromenade entirely at your own risk. |
